PDU-C112 Overview
Photodiodes are packaged in Module packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 30V voltage. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 30V. The current in a photodiode is 10nA even when there is no light input.
