PDU-C106 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 30V in continuous reverse-bias mode. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 30V. Photodiodes exhibit 2nA current even in the absence of light input.
