PDU-C105 Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 30V. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 30V continuously in reverse-bias mode. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 1nA current.
