PDU-C103 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 30V voltage. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 30V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 65pA.
