PDU-716-100 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. The photodiodes are put into TO-5 Variant, 4 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages for safety protection. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 15V voltage. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 15V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 1nA current.
