PDR-V468-46 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 75V voltage. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 75V. The photodiode will operate at 150pA current even in the absence of light input.
