PDI-V119-F Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 100V voltage per photodiode. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 100V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 10nA electrical current.
