PDI-V114-F Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 100V voltage. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 100V. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 335pA current.
