PDI-V108-F Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 100V voltage. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 100V for the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 300pA current.
