PDI-C106-F Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 100V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 100V continuously. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 2nA.
