PDI-C105-F Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. Photodiodes can only withstand 100V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 100V. A photodiode occurs even at 1nA current without light input.
