PDB-V617-1 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Die packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 25V if it is continuously reverse-biased. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 25V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Without light, a photodiode has 35nA current.
