PDB-V612-1 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tray in order to prevent damage to them. Photodiodes are packaged in Die packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 25V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 25V continuously in reverse-bias mode. The photodiode will operate at 40nA current even in the absence of light input.
