To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 25V in continuous reverse-bias mode. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 25V should be maintained for the photodiodes. A photodiode conducts 20nA current without light input.
