PDB-V605-2 Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are protected by Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 25V voltage. A continuous voltage of 25V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 25nA electrical current.
