PDB-V601-2 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 25V. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 25V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 3nA.
