PDB-V448-46 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages for safety purposes. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 75V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The photodiode operates at 150pA current even in the absence of light input.
