PDB-V216C Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Array - 16 Element packages. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 50V voltage per photodiode. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 50V continuously. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 1nA electrical current.
