PDB-V119-L Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. Photodiodes can only withstand 75V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 75V permanently. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 10pA current even if no light is provided.
