PDB-V115 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 75V over a continuous period of time. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 75V in reverse-bias mode. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 250pA current.
