PDB-V111 Overview
Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-8 Hermetic packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 75V. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 200pA current.
