PDB-V107 Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Radial packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 75V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 75V. You need a breakdown voltage of 50V to make sure photodiodes work. Without light, a photodiode has 400pA current.
