PDB-V103-I Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in TO-206AA, TO-18-3 Metal Can packages for safety purposes. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 75V. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 75V. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 50pA current even if no light is provided.
