PDB-V102-I Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-206AA, TO-18-3 Metal Can packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 75V. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 40pA current.
