PDB-V102 Overview
Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. Photodiodes can only withstand 75V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 75V. A photodiode is capable of conducting 40pA current even without light input.
