PDB-V101-I Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. The photodiodes are put into TO-206AA, TO-18-3 Metal Can packages for safety protection. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 75V voltage per photodiode. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 75V in reverse-bias mode. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 20pA electrical current.
