PDB-C609-2 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages for safety purposes. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 75V. In order for photodiodes to operate, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature of the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. Ensure photodiodes work by setting the breakdown voltage to 50V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 30nA.
