PDB-C605-3 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages for safety purposes. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 75V voltage. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 75V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. A photodiode conducts 10nA current without light input.
