PDB-C601-3 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V if it is continuously reverse-biased. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 75V. The photodiode operates at 500pA current even in the absence of light input.
