PDB-C601-2 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 75V. The current in a photodiode is 500pA even when there is no light input.
