PDB-C505 Overview
For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in PCB Mount packages. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 100V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 100V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. A photodiode conducts 200pA current without light input.
