Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 100V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 100V. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 150pA current.
