PDB-C232F Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Array - 32 Element packages in order to protect them from damage. Photodiodes can only withstand 50V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 50V. There is 1nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
