PDB-C216S Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 50V voltage. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 50V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 5nA current.
