In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Array - 16 Element packages. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 50V. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 50V for the photodiodes. There is 5nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
