PDB-C216C Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Array - 16 Element packages. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 50V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 50V in reverse-bias mode. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 5nA current.
