PDB-C208F Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. The photodiodes are put into Array - 8 Element packages for safety protection. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 50V voltage per photodiode. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 50V continuously. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 5nA current.
