PDB-C207 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-46-2 Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 100V voltage. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 100V. Photodiodes exhibit 1nA current even in the absence of light input.
