PDB-C206 Overview
To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in PCB Mount packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 100V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 100V should be maintained for the photodiodes. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 10nA even without light input.
