PDB-C204 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 100V. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 100V. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 2.5nA even without light input.
