PDB-C168 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 100V voltage. A continuous voltage of 100V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 500pA current.
