PDB-C163 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by 2-SMD packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 100V over a continuous period of time. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 100V. Without light, a photodiode has 1nA current.
