PDB-C157F Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Side View packages. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 50V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 50V continuously. A photodiode is capable of conducting 2nA current even without light input.
