PDB-C157 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tray in order to prevent damage to them. Photodiodes are protected by Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 50V. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 50V for the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 2nA.
