PDB-C142 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 100V voltage per photodiode. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 100V. Ensure that the breakdown voltage of the photodiode is the same as 25V. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 5nA current.
