Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 50V over a continuous period of time. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 50V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 2nA current.
