PDB-C136 Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages in order to protect them from damage. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 100V. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 100V permanently. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 2nA current even if no light is provided.
