PDB-C135 Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages for safety purposes. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 100V. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 100V. Without light, a photodiode has 2nA current.
