PDB-C134F Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. Photodiodes are packaged in Radial, 3mm Dia (T-1) packages in order to ensure their safety. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 100V on a continuous basis. It's important to have 100V breakdown voltage to make photodiodes work. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 2nA current.
