PDB-C134 Overview
To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Radial, 3mm Dia (T-1) packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 100V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Photodiodes should operate at a breakdown voltage of 100V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 2nA current.
